Short magazine bar feed units, in combination with multi machine
assignment and bespoke automated loading devices ensure manufacturing
costs are minimized. Multi-axis, sub-spindle turning centers
eliminate expensive second operation processes.
Full CAD/CAM is facilitated through AutoCad & EdgeCAM.
All CAD formats can be interpreted thereby enabling optimum
turnaround time for new product directly from customer supplied
data files.
Transfer of CNC programmes is managed by Predator DNC software
ensuring instant, error free data transfer.
