ultimate in milled component solutions.
Our
fully maintained range of horizontal and vertical machining
centers has been rationalized for ease of programming, process
setting and operator training. As a result FACTS Precision
consistently manufacture milled components to the highest
quality and delivery requirements.
Products are supplied in a variety of materials including,
316S/303S Stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and brass.
Full CAD/CAM is facilitated through AutoCad & EdgeCAM.
All CAD formats can be interpreted thereby enabling optimum
turnaround time for new product directly from customer supplied
data files.
Transfer of CNC programmes is managed by Predator DNC software
ensuring instant, error free data transfer.
The prismatic manufacturing processes are backed up by a comprehensive
range of metrology equipment including three state of the
art coordinate measuring machines utilizing virtual DMIS software.
