FINISHING
With
the movement into substantive higher level assembly and test,
finishing operations must be recognised as an integral means
of supplying conforming product to the next stages of production.
We have the onsite services and skills to; Rotofinish, Vibratory Deburr, Machine Deburr, Fine Double Face
Grind or Polish, Hard Metal Turn, and Fine Clean.
Our approach is to install a robust finishing operation as
part of the Process Router, often integrated into the primary
machining operation, ie Action at Source.
We ensure ownership throughout the process, allowing product
to be shipped direct to line.
